A creamy Greek yogurt served with fresh berries, fruit, almonds and crunchy granola makes an addictive breakfast for a non-stressful morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 2 Kiwi, sliced

  • 1 Peach, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Almond granola

  • 1/4 cup Blanched almonds

  • 100 gram Plain Greek yogurt

  • 100 gram Peach/Orange Greek yogurt

Directions

  • Rinse berries and fruit and pat them dry. Slice strawberries, peach and kiwi.
  • Assemble by layering granola, berries, chopped fruit and Greek yogurt – parfait style – in 2 clear bowls or glasses. Repeat the layering. For an additional flavor, use the Peach/Orange yogurt in the middle layer. Sprinkle with blanched almonds, chunky pieces of peach, kiwi or both, and top with a whole strawberry (including the calyx). Enjoy!
